Our Guarantee

What do we guarantee for?

The Nursery Center guarantees that your plant will arrive in healthy, living condition. If your plant does not arrive alive or is otherwise damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please note that leaves missing or minor naturally occurring changes to plants are not considered damage. Our Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for 14 days from the time of delivery. 

A store credit for the equal amount of the product(s) in question will be issued, or a replacement will be sent.

We ask that, for any damaged or unhealthy plant delivery, that a picture and description of the issue be provided to us.
