The Nursery Center guarantees that your plant will arrive in healthy, living condition. If your plant does not arrive alive or is otherwise damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by sending us a message or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A full refund will be issued or a replacement will be sent.
Please note that leaves missing or minor naturally occurring changes to plants are not considered damage. Our Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for 15 days from the time of delivery.
We ask that, for any damaged or unhealthy plant delivery, that a picture and description of the issue be provided to us.
If you would like to return your plant for any reason other than your plant arriving damaged or as not as described, you will have to cover the return shipping cost.
If your package is in transit for more than 15 business days, we can offer to send a replacement or a full refund.
