25 Windmill Palm Tree Seedlings - 6-12" Tall Live Plants - Trachycarpus fortunei
For sale are 25 Windmill Palm Seedlings. These seedlings are 6-12" tall, about 1 year old and have at least 2 to 3 fronds. They grow to 10-12 ft. tall or more.
Palms are shipped bare root and wrapped in a damp paper towel with plastic wrap.
This is a cold hardy palm (trachycarpus fortunei), young plants can take as low as 18 degrees fahrenheit.
These seedlings are very easy to grow in many climates. They can already be planted in 1 gallon pots. You can use regular potting soil. You don't need sand at all with these palms. We have found if you mix in a little pine bark or pine fines it cuts down on the weeds and they like a little acidity. However, plain potting soil works just fine too. They do need water at least every other day. Just enough to wet the soil throughout.
